The Currency Converter facility on this website is only available in United States dollars or New Zealand dollars when an American Express Card is used to pay for your purchase.
American Express Card transactions can be made in United States or New Zealand dollars only.
Art Prints. Important Information.
Our Art Prints are printed on HP Premium Plus Photo Satin paper. The Wilhelm Institute
in New York rates this paper for 82 years before any noticeable fading occurs if displayed framed under glass. If framed under U.V. glass the rating is 100 years.
Under no circumstance allow the print to come into contact with any liquid. Contact with a liquid will irreparably damage the print. We accept no responsibility for liquid damaged prints.
Billing your credit card.
With DVD sales our policy is to bill your credit card just prior to shipping. If we do not have the item(s) you have purchased in stock we will not bill you. Or if your order includes an out of stock item we will only bill you for those items in stock. We will email you when out of stock items are replenished and will only process your order, or that part of your order, if you advise us by return email that you still wish to proceed.
With Art Print sales, as our prints are custom printed especially for you, we will bill your credit card at the same time we make your print(s)
Cancellation of Orders.
Orders can be cancelled at any time up to 72 hours of the original order being placed by emailing us at orders@worldarama.com. Please quote your name, shipping address and invoice number. If your order has not been shipped a full refund will be credited to the credit card used in the transaction. If your order has been shipped, return it to us at your expense unopened. When we receive it a credit, less our original shipping costs, will be credited to the credit card used in the transaction.

Damaged in Transit.
If your DVD or Art Print is damaged in transit please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately.
Delivery, Customs Clearance, Duties, Taxes
International deliveries are made using the New Zealand Post International Air service and delivery times are 6 – 10 days worldwide. Within New Zealand we use New Zealand Post and delivery times are 2-3 days
Customs clearance and any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser, not Worldarama or Savidan Productions Ltd.
Privacy Statement.
At Wordarama we respect your privacy.
None of the details you give to us will be given, sold, hired to or shared with any other person or organisation outside of Worldarama or its parent company, Savidan Productions Ltd, for any purpose whatsoever except what is necessary to process and deliver your order.
Returns and Exchanges.
Your satisfaction is important to us at Worldarama and we will accept exchanges for defective or incorrect items within 14 days of receipt.
Due to the current worldwide DVD piracy climate exchanges are only permitted for the same product and refunds are not allowed.
If your purchase is defective or we have sent you the wrong product(s) please email us immediately at orders@worldarama.com explaining the problem. Then pack the item in its original packaging with all original contents included and mail to us at the address on the Contact Us page on this website.
On receipt of the defective product(s) we will send, by our normal shipping methods, a full replacement of the same title(s) or the correct title(s) at no cost to the customer.
